The 5th day of court

Well both the prosacution and the defense ended their case today. The defense called one witness for their case and she tried to make it sound like Adrian died of natural causes, she says that the citrobactor got into Adrians blood stream because his penis kept bleeding because of his circumcision. She said Dr. Mazrim basicly don't know what he's talkin about when he says that Adrian got the citro bactor due to the subderal hematomas in his brain. Dr. Mazrim said the citrobactor got into his brain because the subderal hematoma is a perefect area for the bacteria to grow, A subderal hematoma is just big words for blood, he had blood in his brain and and thats how the bacteria got into his brain and it grew from that. According to the witness today which was for the defense says that its impossible for that to happen. She says it got into his blood stream by his circumcision. She said alot of things that i'm not sure I believe by the time she walked out she was shaking like a tree. Some time ago the same woman testified in a case that the baby died of natural causes but then found out 18 years later that the mother suffercaited the baby and she changed her opinion that the case was a homicide and changed her whole outcome of her opinion. God I sure hope that dosn't happen with my angel, I hope the jury seen through that ladies opinion and they find him guilty so we don't have to find out later that all this was done ON PURPOSE which we already know but since this lady has so much experience behind her the jury might let him off with only Assult because her opinion was Adrian died of citrobactor meningitious due to his circumcision bleeding so much and not blunt force trauma to the head, but she's got the most experience out of all the doctors that testified and i really won't be supprised if he gets off on a very small charge. EVERY BODY PLEASE HOPE AND PRAY THAT THIS KID IS HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS CRIME, FOR THE CRIME OF BEATING MY SON TO DEATH!!!! Well i'm gonna get off for now i'll be on for another update tomarrow. Oh and the last thing, How can someone be innocent if they won't even get up and testify on their own behalf? He wouldn't even defend himself, he had to let all the doctors state their opinion cuz he knows if he gets on the stand the prosacution will slam him so hard that he will end up confessing more than he already has, but God is with us and he'll see to it that Josh is judged correctly, I have faith in that... - Thank You Matt Barton
